The word local can mean different things to different people. When Alpine Bank says its locally owned, we mean it in the truest sense of the word.
Nearly 600 employees work here. Thats 600 individuals with families. They are parents, grandparents, children, sons and daughters, neighbors and friends. They are listening to you and looking out for your best interests. They are hearing your challenges in each of our unique communities from ranching and farming, to resort destinations and college towns. We are listening to you so we can help you be happier and better off.
When your family and our family partners together to find solutions, it makes all the difference in the world. And, we can help you find a local solution, because the buck stops here.

The word local can mean different things to different people. When Alpine Bank says its locally owned, we mean it in the truest sense of the word.
Nearly 600 locals work here. Thats 600 families, with kids and
grandparents, neighbors and friends, and every one of them has dreams they hope will come true. Alpine believes in them. Alpine is them. That makes us accountable.
The buck stops here. You have my word.

Let me tell you a story about a Missouri farmer. He was raised to be accountable
to say what you mean and to mean what you say. He ended up a U.S. President, and on his desk he had a sign that said, The buck stops here.
It seems like giant corporations and Wall Street investment banks are passing the buck.
Let me tell you where Alpine Bank stands, and why were different.
When you visit our lobbies do you see those tellers who are also husbands, wives, sons and daughters who work here? Well, they, not the company, not outside shareholders
they are the majority stockholders in Alpine Bank. Their ownership makes them accountable. They are proud of what they do and how they do it.
I dont have a sign on my desk. What I have, and what you have, is my word. The buck stops here.

It seems like giant corporations and Wall Street investment banks are passing the buck. Let me tell you where Alpine Bank stands, and why were different. We follow our five core values: Integrity, Loyalty, Community, Compassion, and Independence.
What I have, and what you have is my word.
The buck stops here.

You hear us use the words we care often, but let me tell you why we say them and mean them.
In every western slope community we serve, our employees (numbering close to 600) volunteer over 240 hours every week within our schools, with arts and music programs, environment causes, and human service nonprofit groups. That adds up to over 12,500 volunteer hours each year. They do this on their own accord, because they care. They care about making sure our local groups have the resources they need to help those in need. They care about making our communities a better place for everyone.
I am proud of each and every one of our employee volunteers because they are also the owners of Alpine Bank. They will ensure our communities will receive caring support into the future.
