Caring Together – The Alpine Way
When you succeed. We succeed. Since 1973, Alpine Bank has worked to create a culture that is inspired by caring. We care about our customers, our communities, and our employees.
We learned many years ago that the success of Alpine Bank reflects the well-being of the communities we serve. We are proud to call Colorado home, and you inspire us to make the places we live, work, and play, the best they can be.
In a 2023 ranking of philanthropy compiled by the Denver Business Journal, Alpine Bank ranked second for cash contributions to charities among Colorado-based businesses and ranked fifth among all companies (including larger out-of-state and national corporations).
Hundreds of community organizations and thousands of individuals have benefited from Alpine Bank’s philanthropy—from your town’s local festival to art shows for kids, animal shelters, sports and recreation, education, and so much more.
For more than 50 years we have put our communities first and we will continue to do that for the next 50 years and beyond. In the words of Alpine’s big-hearted and visionary founder Bob Young, the most valuable thing one person can give to another is caring. When you care, everything else just follows.
Volunteerism – 24 in '24
Every day, our employees provide their time and talents for efforts that are important to their local communities—some read to children or help build Habitat for Humanity homes; while others clean up litter or participate in fundraising runs.
Alpine Bank values volunteerism, since 2006 all bank employees have received 24 hours of paid volunteer time each year. And in 2024, we are challenging bank employees to use all 24 hours in an initiative called: 24 in ’24.
As a civic partner, we have the potential to devote nearly 20,000 hours to help improve the lives of individuals in our communities. We’re proud of the Alpine team, who generously support nonprofits and community causes across Colorado with the gift of their time.
