Forgot Username or Password

Reset Password
If you have trouble logging in and need help with resetting your password, complete the following steps:
- If you are logging in from our website, select Log In enter your Username and click Log In. Select Forgot? beneath the username and password fields.
- Complete the information in the form, including the Username and Email. If you do not know this information, you can Try another way and you will be asked for different verification information. Select Next.
Or, if you are logging in using the Alpine Mobile app, select Forgot?
- Enter the verification code and select Verify.
Note: If you did not receive the verification code you can either Resend it or select Try another way.
- The Reset Password screen will ask you to enter your new password twice.

Select Update.

The Dashboard screen appears and your password has been reset.
If you continue to have trouble logging in to Alpine Online or Alpine Mobile, please contact the Internet Banking Support Group at (970) 254-2747 or toll-free at 800-551-6098.
Recover Username
If you have trouble logging in and need help with recovering your username, complete the following:
- If you are logging in from our website, select Log In, enter your name and click Log In. Select Forgot? beneath the username and password fields.
This form will ask for your Username and Email. Click Try another way and you will be asked for different verification information. Select Next.
Or, if you are logging in using the Alpine Mobile app, select Forgot?
Enter the verification code and select Verify.
Note: If you did not receive the verification code you can either Resend it or select Try another way.
- The Reset Password screen will appear and your username will be displayed after the Login for text. If you only need to recover your username and do not wish to reset your password, do not enter a new password and navigate back to the sign-in screen. You will be able to log in using your current username and password.
